Harvey’s Restaurant Crew Member

Harvey’s is looking for friendly, reliable, and hardworking team members to join our restaurant team!

Crew members may work in Grill, Front of House/Cashier, Drive-Thru, Garnish, or Order Taking, depending on business needs.

Responsibilities
Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
Take customer orders accurately and provide excellent service.
Operate the cash/POS system and process payments.
Prepare burgers, fries, sides, and other menu items according to Harvey’s standards.
Assemble orders accurately, including toppings and customer modifications.
Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas.
Ensure food is hot, fresh, accurate, and served promptly.
Follow food-safety and restaurant procedures.
Work efficiently during busy periods and support other team members when needed.
Promote applicable menu items, upgrades, sides, drinks, and desserts.
Maintain a positive and skilled attitude with customers and coworkers.

Qualifications
3–6 months of restaurant or customer-service experience preferred,



but not required.
Strong communication and customer-service skills.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to follow instructions and maintain food-safety standards.
Availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements:
Possess a positive and friendly personality
Demonstrate great communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced setting
Ability to follow Harvey’s standards, food/ safety regulations, and Health and Safety policies
Available to work until 4am closings
