Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of construction sites, including sweeping, dusting, mopping, and debris removal to maintain a secure workspace
Clean and sanitize tools, equipment, and designated work areas regularly to ensure hygiene and safety standards are met
Dispose of waste materials properly in accordance with site protocols and environmental regulations
Assist with the setup and breakdown of temporary facilities such as rest areas or storage zones as needed
Collaborate with construction teams to identify areas requiring special attention or additional cleaning efforts




Follow safety procedures diligently during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries
Maintain detailed records of cleaning tasks completed and report any hazards or maintenance needs to supervisors

Experience
Prior custodial or cleaning experience preferred, especially within construction or industrial settings
Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques and equipment is highly advantageous
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Robust attention to detail with a focus on safety and cleanliness standards
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
WHMIS and CSTS certificates holders Preferred
