Janitor Technician – Bilingual

Crystal Cleaning is looking for a reliable and hardworking Janitor , window and gutter cleaner, to join our growing team in Montreal. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, skilled, and takes pride in maintaining clean and well-kept commercial spaces.

Responsibilities
Interior and exterior window cleaning
Gutter cleaning and debris removal
Janitorial and general cleaning
Residential and commercial cleaning
Assisting with exterior cleaning and pressure washing
Using ladders and skilled cleaning equipment safely
Preparing, loading, and maintaining equipment and supplies
Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe
Following company procedures and safety standards
Working efficiently with your team to provide excellent service to our clients

Requirements
Previous janitorial or window cleaning experience is an asset




English and French communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Strong attention to detail
Good work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physically capable of performing cleaning duties
Comfortable following checklists, procedures, and instructions
Qualified attitude when working around clients and their employees

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
