Duties
Safely operate a Class 4 commercial vehicle to pick up and drop off passengers in accordance with Uber’s standards and local traffic laws
Provide friendly, qualified customer service by greeting passengers warmly and assisting with boarding when needed
Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle to ensure passenger comfort and safety at all times
Follow all safety protocols, traffic regulations, and company policies during each trip
Communicate clearly with passengers regarding routes, estimated arrival times, and any delays or issues that may arise
Assist with heavy lifting when necessary, such as loading or unloading passenger belongings or luggage
Keep accurate records of trips, mileage,



and vehicle maintenance needs for compliance and reporting purposes

Skills
Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid Class 4 license or equivalent certification
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse passengers and team members
Robust customer service orientation with a positive attitude and approachable demeanor
Ability to handle heavy lifting safely when required for passenger luggage or equipment
Good knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and navigation tools to ensure timely arrivals
Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professionalism in all interactions
Ability to stay calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks during busy periods
