As a Host, you will help uphold Fit4Less’s cleanliness standards while greeting and assisting members and prospects. Your role contributes to creating a clean and welcoming atmosphere in the club, empowering members to engage fully with their fitness journey. You'll be involved in promoting membership advantages, including automated services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and tidy all areas to Fit4Less standards
• Welcome members warmly and assist with inquiries
• Promote and explain black card memberships
• Educate on automated access options and club processes
• Document and report any issues to management
Requirements:
• High School diploma or currently pursuing
• Minimum of 1 year experience in teamwork
• Robust communication skills, both verbal and written
• WHMIS training preferred
• Must hold First Aid, CPR-A & AED certifications
