Summary

We are seeking a passionate Childcare Provider to join our team at Loveview Early Learning in Canada. In this role, you will play a vital part in nurturing the development of young children, ensuring they receive the best start in their educational journey.

Responsibilities
Provide a secure and nurturing environment for children.
Implement the "How Does Learning Happen" Curriculum to promote academic and social growth.
Engage children in age-appropriate activities that stimulate learning.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress.
Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the learning experience.
Maintain organized classroom environments that support learning.




Observe and assess children's development and adapt activities accordingly.
Support children with special needs or disabilities as required.
Qualifications
Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education.
Solid understanding of child development principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Leadership qualities to guide and inspire young learners.
Organizational skills to maintain an orderly classroom workplace.
Teaching experience is an asset but not mandatory.
