Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for several SMT Operators in the Electro-Mechanical Industry in Ottawa, Ontario.

As a SMT Machine Operator (for electronic assembly), you will tend to the machine by quickly and efficiently loading/replenishing feeders with reels of components, entering programs into automated placement machinery, and prepping for the next build with the primary goal being to maximize machine productive time.

Responsibilities
PCB handling, SMT techniques including pick & place, screen print, and reflowProduct inspection, setup, and calibration according to set processes and diagramsProviding support and working with engineers when problems arise

Requirements
High School Diploma, minimum3 years of PCB Handling, ESD Practices, and working experience with IPC 610 Standards, ideal
