Watson Family Chiropractic has served Edmonton families since 1993. We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Chiropractic Assistant who enjoys working directly with patients as well as keeping a busy clinic organized.

This is an in-person role with both front-desk and hands-on patient support. You’ll greet and check in patients, help prepare them for appointments and examinations, assist the chiropractors with clinic tasks, and keep treatment rooms ready between visits. You’ll also handle scheduling, payments, records, and insurance billing. Training is provided for our clinic procedures.

Weekend availability is required, including Sundays. The schedule includes day and evening shifts, with prospects for additional hours when covering staff absences.

What you’ll do
Welcome patients, answer calls, and manage appointments
Assist patients with intake and prepare them for examinations, following clinic procedures
Support chiropractors during patient visits as directed
Provide patients with basic appointment and clinic instructions
Process payments and insurance claims, including direct billing
Record patient information and maintain electronic patient records
Complete daily financial reconciliation
Prepare treatment rooms, sanitize tables, restock supplies,



and help with clinic laundry and light cleaning

What we’re looking for
Previous reception, administrative, or customer service experience
Confidence speaking with patients and helping them in person
Strong organization skills and the ability to manage several tasks during a busy shift
Comfort using computers and learning recent software
Dependability, attention to detail, and respect for patient privacy
Availability for weekend shifts and some additional coverage when needed

Experience in a chiropractic or other healthcare clinic, direct insurance billing, or Jane App is an asset. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15–35 per week
