Duties
Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently to support daily kitchen operations
Assist with basic meal preparation and food handling tasks under the supervision of chefs or kitchen managers
Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including floors, counters, and storage spaces, adhering to food safety standards
Support food service staff by ensuring timely delivery of clean dishes and supplies during busy service hours
Follow proper food safety protocols when handling ingredients and disposing of waste to prevent contamination
Restock supplies and ensure all kitchen tools are properly stored after use




Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hygiene and efficiency throughout the kitchen

Experience
Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key
Familiarity with basic cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food handling practices is advantageous
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures is highly valued
Experience in the food industry demonstrates reliability and an understanding of quick-paced service environments
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in cleanliness and safety standards
