Duties
Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold food safety standards
Assist with basic meal preparation and food handling tasks under the supervision of chefs or kitchen managers
Support the food service team by restocking supplies, clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
Follow proper food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations
Help with general kitchen organization, including trash disposal, cleaning schedules, and inventory management
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours




Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills in a quick-paced environment

Qualifications
Prior experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
Basic knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and kitchen equipment operation
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
Positive communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
Willingness to follow instructions carefully and adhere to health and safety regulations
