We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Dental Administrator to join our busy dental surgery group on a casual basis. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent patient service, and supporting a collaborative team.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and skilled experience while assisting with a variety of front-office and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out procedures
Schedule appointments and assist with managing the clinic calendar
Answer phone calls and in-person inquiries professionally and accurately
Handle patient billing and accounts receivable, including generating invoices, posting payments, and following up on outstanding balances
Maintain accurate patient records using Curve Hero
Process insurance claims and track reimbursements
Keep the front desk clean, organized, and patient-ready
Coordinate with clinical staff to support a smooth daily workflow




Follow office policies, procedures, and health-regulation requirements
Provide general administrative support as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of dental administration experience required
Previous experience in an oral surgery or dental specialty practice is an asset
Proficiency with Curve Hero is preferred
Working knowledge of patient billing and accounts receivable
Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures
Excellent front-desk and administrative skills, including experience with multi-line phone systems
Robust multitasking and time-management abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Qualified, friendly, and patient-focused demeanour
Reliable and flexible, with the ability to work a casual schedule and provide coverage when needed at any of our 4 clinics

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
