Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods with precision and integrity
Assist customers with product inquiries, demos, and upselling prospects to enhance their purchase experience
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the checkout area is tidy and inviting
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth store operations




Manage time efficiently during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail in cash handling and customer service

Qualifications
Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred; technical sales experience is a plus
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customers
Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills for accurate transactions
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude and phone etiquette
Ability to perform product demos and assist with merchandising efforts effectively
Basic understanding of retail operations, including upselling techniques and inventory management
