Duties
Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and product information to ensure an exceptional shopping experience
Maintain clean and organized store areas, including shelves, displays, and checkout counters
Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently during cashiering duties
Support merchandising efforts by stocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring product availability
Use forklifts safely for inventory movement when required and maintain proper maintenance records
Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
Perform routine cleaning tasks to uphold health and safety standards within the store workplace




Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and effective communication across departments

Experience
Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is highly desirable
Ability to operate a forklift safely; certification preferred but not mandatory with training provided
Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities to serve diverse customers effectively
Knowledge of merchandising techniques and store maintenance practices
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy retail setting
Experience with cashiering systems and cash handling procedures
Demonstrated ability to perform cleaning, stocking, and basic maintenance tasks reliably
