Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/Respite Workers to provide essential support and companionship to my daughter in need of assistance with daily living activities. This rewarding role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities. As a Caregiver/Respite Worker, you will deliver personalized care in various settings, including our private home.

Duties
Assist client with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols
Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation
Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and organizing to maintain a secure and comfortable setting




Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare specialists or family members promptly

Qualifications
Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home care, home care, or hospice care is highly preferred
Must be HCA or LPN or RN
Knowledge of patient care practices
Experience working with individuals with disabilities
Strong communication skills and compassionate nature
Ability to follow detailed instructions for medication administration and care routines
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Must be have own transportation, which will be reimbursed monthly when used to transport my daughter to activities or appts.
