Duties

Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients efficiently
Serve customers promptly and courteously, taking orders accurately and addressing special requests or dietary needs
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including kitchen stations and dining areas
Follow all food safety regulations and health standards to ensure a secure dining experience for guests




Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods and support overall restaurant operations

Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a strong understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques
Excellent serving skills with the ability to engage positively with customers and handle inquiries professionally
Knowledge of food safety practices, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house personnel
Familiarity with meal preparation equipment and kitchen tools used in the food industry
