We are seeking an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is clinically skilled, patient-focused, and passionate about hearing healthcare. In this role you will provide comprehensive hearing care services, including hearing assessments, hearing aid selection and fitting, counseling, and ongoing patient support.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct hearing assessments
Recommend, fit, and program hearing instruments based on individual patient needs
Provide patient education, counselling, and follow-up care
Perform hearing aid adjustments, repairs, and maintenance
Maintain accurate and compliant patient records




Build long-term relationships with patients through excellent customer service
Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure a positive patient experience
Stay current with industry advancements, products, and best practices

Qualifications:
Registered Audiologist or Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist with qualifications to dispense hearing aids in Ontario.
Registered and in good standing with the Regulatory College
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Patient-centered approach with a high level of professionalism
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in a clinical setting is an asset (current graduates welcome)
