Responsibilities
Assess vehicle damage thoroughly to determine necessary repairs and estimate timeframes
Use hand tools and power tools to remove damaged panels, straighten frames, and perform collision repairs
Conduct heavy lifting tasks safely to move and position vehicle parts during repairs
Perform automotive repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and refinishing work
Follow manufacturer specifications and safety protocols to ensure high-quality workmanship
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety standards




Collaborate with team members to complete repairs efficiently and meet project deadlines

Requirements
Proven dealership experience or extensive auto body repair background
Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and repair techniques
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair equipment
Ability to lift heavy parts or equipment safely during repair procedures
Prior mechanic or automotive repair experience preferred
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
Should have own set of tools
Open to flat rate wages
