Atwill-Morin is seeking an Assistant Project Manager, Masonry to join our GTA masonry and restoration team.

Responsibilities:
Assist with managing recent masonry projects (new brick, block, stone, precast)
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, schedules and site activities
Assist with estimating, procurement, change orders and project documentation
Track project costs, progress and invoicing
Review drawings, specifications and project requirements
Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents and clients

Qualifications:
1–3 years of construction experience preferred
Masonry/restoration experience is an asset
Robust organization and communication skills
Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Construction Management or Engineering education is an asset
