Overview:
The client is looking for a senior agile coach, attached to the Agile Center of Excellence, to embed an agile delivery culture across multiple value streams.
The mandate relies on the Beneva Value Creation System (BVCS), inspired by SAFe, which puts the train-level experience at the heart of the qualification.
The role combines three aspects: coaching people and teams (PO, SM, RTE, managers), measuring and improving flow through data, and contributing to the CoE's service offerings.
The requirement for IT development experience, combined with support for CI/CD practices, sets this mandate apart from coach positions focused solely on team practices.
The list of interpersonal skills is extensive and mainly validated in interviews, but several elements can still be observed on the resume: train-level facilitation, influencing leadership without hierarchical authority, 'data-informed' mindset.
Looking for a candidate: an agile coach with at least 3 years in this role out of 8 years of experience,



who has supported one or more Secure trains in a large organization, with a background in software development. Their resume shows coaching of roles (PO, SM, RTE, managers) and flow metrics used to drive continuous improvement, not just facilitating ceremonies.

Requirements

Required:
Software development experience
Mastery of Agile delivery modes (Scrum, Kanban, Secure, Lean, DevOps)
In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Secure, etc.)
Mastery of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint
Interpersonal skills (psychological safety, emotional intelligence, communication, influence leadership, systemic reading, train-level facilitation, data-informed posture, autonomy building, critical thinking, innovation)

Asset:
SAFe SPC certification
Lean certification (green belt or higher)
Knowledge of change management approaches
