Job description:

The Cake Decorator/Bakery Clerk is responsible to carry out a variety of duties in a professional, secure, accurate and timely manner. Exceptional customer service is expected, as is working respectfully in a team environment.

Job Description
Decorating cakes, cream work and pastry work.
Packaging bread and buns as needed.
Collecting supplies from the cooler and freezer.
Taking cake orders.
Adherence to all Food Safety Protocols, OH&S; procedures, store policies, other programs and initiatives.
Assist and answer customer questions and concerns, while providing them with a positive shopping experience.
Keep work area clean and presentable.
Handle, organize and rotate product in accordance with store policy.




Other duties as required.

Job Requirements
Ability to work quick and independently.
Be open to change and recent ideas.
Available for a variety of shifts including weekends.
Ability to lift, walk and stand for prolonged periods of time.
Creativity and artistic flair.

Experience is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
