Adventure Reservations Agent – Winter 2026/27 Season

Location: Whistler, BC

Job Type: Full-Time Preferred | Part-Time Available

Wage: Starting at $23/hour

Blackcomb Snowmobile, a family-owned and operated adventure company with over 30 years of experience, is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Reservations Agent to join our Whistler Village office team.

We offer a variety of outdoor adventures, including snowmobiling, dog sledding, snowshoeing, Sleigh Rides and private mountain dining experiences. The Reservations Agent plays a key role in ensuring smooth guest bookings and communication between our sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage guest bookings through phone, email, and online channels
Coordinate daily schedules and ensure accurate communication with operations staff
Provide professional, productive, and friendly service to guests and partners
Process payments and issue confirmations or updates
Answer general inquiries about tours, policies, and availability
Perform administrative duties to support daily office operations

Requirements:
Prior experience in reservations, administrative, customer service, or front desk roles
Familiarity with Viator, Inntopia, Get your guide,



Bookeo booking platforms is a strong asset and will be highly favorable in hiring process
Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace with solid attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
Polite, professional, and service-oriented attitude
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
