Responsibilities
Assist senior technicians with installing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings
Learn to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical diagrams
Support maintenance tasks on boilers, appliances, and other mechanical equipment
Develop skills in plumbing, welding, and basic construction practices relevant to HVAC work
Conduct routine inspections of HVAC units to identify issues and perform preventative maintenance
Participate in the use of diagnostic tools to assess system performance and diagnose faults




Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and system conditions for each project

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework related to mechanical or construction trades is a plus
Basic understanding of plumbing, welding, or mechanical systems preferred
Solid interest in HVAC technology, appliance repair, or construction work
Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols diligently
Mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn new skills on the job
Positive communication skills and teamwork orientation
Prior experience in mechanic work or construction is advantageous but not required
