Analyze and index electronic and non-system medical charts
Ensure compliance with health information regulations




Respond to inquiries about HIM services from patients and staff
Facilitate communication regarding HIM reports and documentation
Assist in the training of clinic staff on scanning practices Requirements:
Diploma in Office Administration or Health Information Management
Certification from CHIMA (in progress preferred)
Experience with Electronic Medical Records systems
Intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel required
