Ameri-Connect Freight Services Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our 3PL warehouse team in Brampton. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on supporting daily warehouse operations through accurate data entry and ensuring workers have the information and labels they need.
Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate and timely data entry related to warehouse operations, shipments, and inventory
Prepare, print, and distribute labels and paperwork for warehouse staff
Gather and organize information needed by the floor team to keep operations running smoothly
Maintain organized digital and paper records
Assist with general administrative tasks to support the warehouse and office
Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and other team members
What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
Comfortable working in a quick-paced warehouse environment
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / data entry systems)
Reliable, organized, and able to follow instructions
Previous administrative or warehouse experience is an asset but not required
Ability to work full-time on-site in Brampton
Cargowise experience is an asset
