Job Summary The Residence Manager/ Building Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of residential properties, ensuring a high standard of living for residents while maintaining the property’s integrity and profitability. This position requires solid leadership, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive approach to property management. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of administrative expertise, sales acumen, and a commitment to fostering positive relationships with residents and staff.

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the residence, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
We need cleaning,



basic plumbing, electrical and cosmetic work, inspections , maintenace
Provide exceptional customer service to residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure maintenance standards are met and coordinate with maintenance staff
Assist in the leasing process by showcasing available units, negotiating lease terms, and processing applications.
Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, maintenance requests, and financial transactions.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
