Printing Press Operator – Flexible Packaging

Location: Mississauga, ON
Pay: $18–$20/hour, based on experience
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Shift

Day: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Monthly rotation between day and night shifts.

We are hiring an experienced Printing Press Operator with 2+ years of hands‑on printing press experience.

Experience in versatile packaging, flexographic/flexo printing, or industrial printing is strongly preferred.

What You’ll Do
Operate and monitor printing press equipment
Set up and adjust the printing press
Perform machine adjustments and changeovers
Monitor print quality, colour, ink, and registration
Perform quality checks during production
Identify and report equipment or production issues
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

What We Need




2+ years of Printing Press Operator experience
Hands‑on experience with press setup, operation, and adjustments
Experience with flexographic/flexo, gravure, or industrial printing presses
Experience with W&H;, Miraflex, Uteco, Heidelberg, or Gravure equipment is preferred
Versatile packaging experience is an asset
Positive English communication
Basic math and measuring tape skills
Able to lift up to 30 lbs
Able to work 12‑hour rotating shifts, including some weekends

Training provided. SST training provided during the first few days.
