Breakfast Bar Attendant

Schedule: Early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required

About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and energetic Breakfast Bar Attendant to join our hotel team. The Breakfast Bar Attendant is responsible for providing guests with a clean, welcoming, and well-stocked breakfast experience while maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, set up, and maintain the daily breakfast bar according to hotel brand standards.
Ensure all food and beverage items are properly stocked, presented, and replenished throughout breakfast service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, equipment, and seating areas.
Monitor food quality, temperatures, and freshness in accordance with food safety requirements.
Follow all FoodSafe, health, and safety regulations.
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and provide excellent customer service.
Assist with receiving, storing, rotating,



and organizing food and beverage inventory.
Complete cleaning duties during and after breakfast service.
Properly close and secure the breakfast area at the end of the shift.
Work collaboratively with other hotel departments to ensure a positive guest experience.

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service is an asset, but not required.
FoodSafe Level 1 certification must be obtained as required.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning shifts.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to approximately 25 lbs.
A positive attitude and strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
