Duties
Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess repair needs and damages
Prepare detailed and accurate repair estimates using specialized software and manual calculations
Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair procedures, costs, and timelines
Collaborate with insurance adjusters to facilitate claims processing and approvals
Coordinate with technicians and parts departments to ensure timely completion of repairs




Upsell additional services or repairs that may benefit the customer while maintaining transparency
Handle cash transactions, payment processing, and maintain accurate financial records related to estimates and repairs

Skills
Proven dealership experience or automotive repair background with mechanical knowledge
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Experience in sales or upselling automotive services or repairs
Familiarity with automotive estimating software and manual estimation techniques
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Knowledge of mechanic processes, vehicle systems, and repair procedures
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
