We are starting up kitchen for breadmaking and bread spread onsite here at Nomad at Hinterbrook Winery. The ideal candidate will be experimenting and implementing different ideas from the owners. You will also be willing to interact with customers and talk about food and wine pairings.

Main tasks (not only limited to the following)
Breadmaking
Make bread spreads, bread dippers
Organizing and cleaning the kitchen & associated equipments
Making sure you are running the bread kitchen in a smooth and efficient manner

Requirements
Food Handler Certificate is a must
Can work independently with minimal supervision
Previous working experience at a bakery or restaurant is preferred
Take instructions well
Be creative & curious
Must like wine
Can work independently with minimal supervision
Highly organized with hospitality mindset
Robust problem-solver

Salary $20 per hour at the first four weeks. If our requirements are met, the hourly rate will be raised to $23 per hour.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
