Experience in 7K & 9K code upgrades and switch refresh projects
SDWAN & ACI experience
Good experience in using Cisco Works, ITNCM etc.
Has experience in Router/Switch/Load balancer migration activities.
Robust Knowledge of Layer 2 technologies, including Spanning Tree, VLANs, VTP, UDLD, VDC and CDP
Working knowledge with Ticketing tools like Service-Now
