Responsible for overseeing all leasing administrative and marketing functions in assigned regions

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Process lease application, prepare lease documents and follow-up on lease quotes for assigned regions.
Assist with lease applications in other regions as needed.
Follow-up with customers
Coordinate shipment of all machines
Attend scheduled meetings (Weeke, Shop, Weekly Status, Funding)
Assist in handling post closing lease issues and any issues related to lease funding.
Follow-up on all sales agreements in assigned territory to confirm customer’s financing arrangement.
Monthly review of dealer lease activity to ensure annual goals are on target
Monthly follow-up with dealer salesmen to increase lease volume.
Follow-up with previous lease customers to source additional business.




Assist in developing a direct end user marketing strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS
Prior leasing experience desired

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Proficiency with MS Office Suite Typical Office Environment
Ability to multitask
Adaptability to changing priorities
Robust verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter and self-reliant
Excellent problem solving skills
