Duties
Greet customers warmly and assess their automotive needs with enthusiasm and professionalism
Provide detailed information about vehicle features, services, and options to assist customers in making informed decisions
Re-Commend additional services, warranty packages, or accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue
Collaborate with the service team to coordinate repairs, inspections, and vehicle pick-up times efficiently
Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and maintain detailed financial records




Maintain comprehensive knowledge of dealership inventory, promotions, and current offers to effectively promote sales opportunities
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships

Qualifications
No Sales Experience Required - We Train from the ground up!
Positive Attitude Toward all Client Situations.
Solid customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Community Involvement is an Asset
Any Customer Service Experience is an Asset
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
