Responsibilities
Provide professional haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences
Engage with clients through friendly, clear communication to understand their styling needs and offer expert advice
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all tools, equipment, and work areas
Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience and increase sales
Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting guests, and handling payments
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times during service delivery




Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service, encouraging repeat visits

Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse clients
Proficiency in hair styling techniques for various hair types and styles
Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization procedures for tools and equipment
Ability to upsell products and services tactfully to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
Excellent communication skills to clearly discuss styles, maintenance tips, and product recommendations
Experience in retail sales within a salon or similar setting is a plus
Organizational skills for managing appointments efficiently at the front desk
