UBC Okanagan Campus seeks a Co-op & Career Coordinator to lead the Centralized Co-op Education program. You will design strategies to market to employers nationally and internationally, recruit students, and provide one-on-one and group career counseling to prepare them for co-op terms. You will monitor work terms, evaluate outcomes, and collaborate with faculties and staff across campus to ensure program quality and equity.
