AtkinsRéalis is hiring a Senior Project Manager Consultant with proven experience supporting large scale airport or equivalent major infrastructure programs. The Senior Project Manager Consultant will support a transformative airport infrastructure project and will be part of a high-performing project team based in the west end of Toronto. Your role Oversee the delivery of the works in line with scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk requirements. Provides specialist project management expertise to support program objectives. Work collaboratively alongside the other Senior Project Managers and Construction Managers to support the Program Lead. Support the Program Lead to manage the performance of the contractor and to escal Interface with various internal and external stakeholders to facilitate consultations and secure necessary approvals. Work closely with the contractor to obtain required permits, approvals, and consents as well as manage site logistics. Coordinates the effective application of change control procedures and escalates decisions as required. Partner collaboratively with the wider program team to coordinate reviews, inspections, and approvals incl. design, health and safety, quality, environmental and security domains. Contribute to procurement planning and support contract management in collaboration with the wider team. About you Minimum of 10 years of skilled experience in project/program management Minimum 5 years of professional experience within international airport projects or equivalent large scale infrastructure programs. Demonstrated experience in managing teams to deliver complex projects and programs. Demonstrable experience in managing stakeholder relationships and providing reporting to enable effective decision making.



Demonstrated expertise in project management and/or applicable technical areas to deliver complex projects. Strong technical capability in all project phases, including design, planning, construction, operations, and maintenance preferably large program/projects. Good stakeholder engagement and communication skills including the ability to facilitate meetings/workshops with groups of stakeholders. Recognized degree and professional designation in a relevant field considered an asset.
