We are currently looking for a Cleaning Technician.
The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of the building's common areas. The ideal candidate(s) should:
Valuable communication and customer service skills, work well independently and take pride on a job well done
Reliable, Qualified and Responsible.
Training will be provided
SCHEDULE:
Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
Saturday & Sunday, 4:00 pm to 12:00mn
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Litter pickup
Dusting/wiping equipment and furniture
Removing garbage and recycling
Sweeping/mopping hard surface floors
Keeping janitor room clean and tidy
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent work ethic and outstanding attitude
Able to speak, understand, and read English
Friendly approach
Excellent customer service
Must successfully complete a criminal background check
