In this casual union position, you will report to the parenting program manager and oversee the coordination of supervised visitation services. Engage with families and resolve potential conflicts while maintaining professionalism. You’ll play an essential part in facilitating positive experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and facilitate supervised exchanges
• Keep clients informed of visit schedules
• Prepare welcoming environments for visits
• Document visit observations accurately
• Handle client queries and conflicts professionally
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 education with some social services coursework
• Two years of relevant experience
• Understanding of trauma-informed practices
• Conflict-management and interpersonal communication skills
• Basic First Aid certification is an asset
