Techo-Bloc, a prominent landscape product manufacturer, is searching for a forward-thinking General Counsel to report to the CEO. You will oversee a wide range of responsibilities including acquisitions, commercial contracts, and employment matters, all while building the legal infrastructure necessary for growth. This role demands a blend of legal acumen and commercial pragmatism.

Key Responsibilities:



• Act as the key legal advisor to executive leadership • Lead contract drafting and negotiations • Strengthen governance and risk management practices • Direct legal due diligence for mergers and acquisitions • Foster relationships with external counsel

Requirements: • Juris Doctor and membership in a Canadian law society • At least 7 years' experience with commercial law • Effectiveness in advising on corporate governance • Experience in the manufacturing sector is beneficial • Bilingual in French and English preferred
