In this role, you will work on-site two weeks at a time, focusing on routine maintenance, guest satisfaction, and promoting responsible outdoor practices. Your solid customer service skills and ability to work in remote areas will contribute to a positive experience for all guests visiting these natural retreats.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of huts and trails
• Engage with visitors to promote safe practices
• Verify guest reservations and provide support
• Conduct system checks and maintenance records
• Manage lodge supplies and reorder when necessary
Requirements:
• Background in backcountry etiquette
• Basic first aid and first responder training preferred
• Fit for manual outdoor work
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license for travel to remote areas
