Govan Brown Edmonton is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to drive accurate and competitive estimates for ICI projects, tenant improvements, and ground-up builds. You will oversee pre-construction, solicit subcontractors, and analyze drawings to quantify takeoffs.

You will collaborate with PM and BD to refine budgets, lead tender processes, and ensure pricing integrity across lump sum and CM projects. This role is in office at our Edmonton office.
