Role Description This is a full-time, in office Salesperson role based in St John’s, NL. The Salesperson will engage directly with potential customers, explain pest control services, and present tailored solutions that address customer needs. Daily tasks include prospecting in assigned areas, conducting face-to-face sales presentations, answering product and service questions, and closing new accounts.

The role also involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, following up on leads, and collaborating with the local team and management to meet individual and team sales targets.



The Salesperson is expected to uphold company standards for professionalism, customer service, and ethical sales practices.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and explain services clearly.
- Sales or customer service experience, including comfort with face-to-face interactions and handling objections.
- Goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, field-based environment, including willingness to work outdoors and walk assigned areas.
- Basic proficiency with mobile and digital tools for tracking leads, recording customer information, and reporting results.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and integrity in all customer and team interactions.
- Availability to work full time in St John’s, NL, with reliable transportation to and from the work location.
- Previous experience in marketing, door-to-door sales, or pest control services is an asset but not required; training will be provided.
