Responsibilities

- Design and develop intricate 22 kt gold jewellery pieces, ensuring precision and attention to detail throughout the process
- Use advanced techniques to shape, solder, polish, and finish gold components according to design specifications
- Interpret design sketches and digital models using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software to bring concepts to life
- Collaborate with designers and artisans to refine prototypes and achieve desired aesthetic outcomes
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety standards and best practices in jewellery making
- Select appropriate tools and materials, including various alloys and gemstones, to enhance final products
- Conduct quality inspections on finished pieces, ensuring they meet craftsmanship standards and client expectations

Qualifications





- Proven experience as a goldsmith specializing in 22 kt gold jewellery production
- Strong skills in traditional jewellery techniques such as soldering, polishing, engraving, and setting stones
- Proficiency with digital design tools including CAD software, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications
- Knowledge of motion graphics, 3D animation (Maya), visual arts painting, typography, and graphic design is a plus for innovative design development
- Familiarity with modern digital tools like SketchUp, HTML, CSS for integrating contemporary design elements
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and translate them into exact handcrafted pieces
- Excellent attention to detail combined with creative flair and craftsmanship excellence
