We’re a neighbourhood restaurant in Kitsilano focused on from-scratch cooking, seasonal ingredients, great food, and a genuinely good work setting. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in what they do, works cleanly and efficiently, and wants to be part of a kitchen where their work actually matters.

This is primarily a daytime position, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys cooking but also wants a better quality of life and a more consistent schedule.

What You'll Do

- Prepare ingredients and sauces for daily service
- Complete morning prep and ensure the kitchen is properly set up for the day
- Work the AM line during lunch service
- Cook and plate dishes to GlassHouse standards
- Work with fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Make sauces, stocks, dressings, pickles and other items from scratch
- Maintain a clean, organized and efficient workstation
- Follow recipes, food specifications and portion standards
- Assist with receiving and proper storage of ingredients
- Help reduce waste through proper preparation and product utilization
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team
- Support the evening team by leaving the kitchen properly prepped and organized

Pay: $18.25-$25.00 per hour
