Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Assistant Manager to join our vibrant food service team. Responsibilities

- Assist the restaurant manager in coordinating daily operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery
- Supervise and motivate team members to ensure smooth workflow, high-quality food handling, and outstanding customer service
- Oversee food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations and standards
- Manage POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
- Support hiring processes by interviewing candidates and participating in team onboarding and training sessions
- Monitor kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking techniques,



and food presentation to maintain consistency and quality
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests

Experience

- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service environment
- Extensive food industry knowledge including food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Hands-on experience with restaurant management systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong background in hospitality, customer service, and team management
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff members
- Experience in interviewing prospective employees and supporting staff training programs
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, food handling procedures, and restaurant experience across various roles such as bartending or barista work is highly desirable
