Job Summary

We are seeking a bilingual Assistant Buyer (English & preferably one of the other languages such as Korean, Vietnamese, Thai or Pilipino)) to support procurement and supply chain operations within our manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will coordinate sourcing activities, ensuring the PO completion cycle. This role offers an excellent prospect to contribute to strategic sourcing initiatives and optimize procurement processes in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Duties

- Assist in sourcing and procurement of materials, components, and services aligned with production schedules and company standards.

- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to maximize value and efficiency.

- Manage purchase orders within ERP systems ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

- Support vendor management activities, including evaluating supplier performance and maintaining supplier relationships.

- Coordinate with manufacturing teams to forecast needs and align procurement strategies accordingly.

- Monitor supply chain activities to prevent disruptions and resolve issues proactively.





- Assist in maintaining accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and supplier information.

- Participate in inventory management activities, including tracking stock levels and coordinating replenishment through ERP system.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to sourcing strategies, cost reduction, and process efficiencies.

Qualifications

- Fluency in English is Required

- Fluency in either of the languages such as Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, Filipino is preferred.

- Understand the sourcing processes, supply chain management, vendor management, and procurement practices.

- Assist in sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing within a manufacturing or industrial setting.

- Knowledge of pricing strategies, procurement policies, and supply chain optimization techniques.

- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
