Lead enriching experiences in seniors' lives as the Life Enrichment Coordinator at Amica Bayview Gardens. Innovate community programming that promotes well-being and connection. In this Full time role, you will develop, implement, and supervise engaging programming tailored to the unique needs of seniors. Your creativity and leadership will guide Life Enrichment Assistants and foster a vibrant volunteer program. An understanding of fitness and therapeutic approaches is crucial for effective programming. Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate agile events and activities for residents
Directly supervise Life Enrichment assistants in daily tasks
Create exercise programs addressing cognitive and physical needs
Design special events that encourage resident involvement
Engage with community resources to enhance programming Requirements:
Degree in Gerontology, Therapeutic Recreation or similar
Proven experience in geriatric program implementation
Strong computer skills, including MS Office
Current food safety and CPR certifications
