Build trusting relationships with local Elders
Conduct community outreach and home visits
Assist with accessing cultural and health resources




Plan and support Elder wellness activities
Work collaboratively with local service providers Requirements:
Diploma in Human Services or related fields preferred
Experience working with Indigenous communities
Excellent communication and organizing skills
Understanding of local culture and traditions
