This contract role involves designing effective relocation policies and managing the entire mobility lifecycle. With 5+ years of relevant experience, you will provide critical insights and strategies to ensure seamless transitions for employees across borders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop mobility frameworks tailored to business needs
• Evaluate and advise on feasibility of international assignments
• Oversee the relocation process from start to finish
• Manage performance of external relocation vendors
• Work cross-functionally to ensure compliance
Requirements:
• 5 to 7+ years in Global Mobility or HR roles
• Deep understanding of immigration and tax issues
• Robust soft skills for stakeholder management
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree
