Pynx Pro AV (Pynx Productions) is hiring Audio/Video/Lighting Technicians to Command the Room across Southwestern Ontario! Our crew doesn't just work events — they Command the Room. Through the Pynx Process, from Discovery to Execution, every show runs with precision, heart, and vibrant enthusiasm. THE ROLES: Tier 2 Technicians — $25/hr: Operate and troubleshoot audio, video, and lighting systems at live events.

Lead setups, run consoles, and deliver flawless shows. Tier 3 Stagehands — $21/hr: Load in/out, set up staging, run cable, assist technicians, and learn the craft from the best in the business. +$5/hr leadership bonus for crew chiefs who step up and lead.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Set up, operate, and tear down professional audio, video, and lighting equipment Run sound consoles, lighting desks, and video systems during live events Load in and load out gear, build staging, and keep shows running on time Work as a team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences WHAT YOU BRING:



A/V, lighting, or video experience — OR relevant schooling (new grads welcome!)
