Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, with integrity
- Assist in food preparation and food handling to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to food safety guidelines
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality

Skills

- Previous barista experience or food service experience demonstrating excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency with POS systems like Micros POS for efficient order processing
- Strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods smoothly
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, giving accurate change, and managing transactions
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to connect with customers and team members effectively
